Strawberry cheesecake with Greek Yogurt

Strawberry Cheesecake with Greek Yogurt
Crust:
 · 1 pack of semi-sweet crackers
 · 100 g butter, melted
 · A pinch of cinnamon
 · 1 shot of sour cherry syrup
Cream:
 · 3 packs of 200 g cream cheese
 · 1 pack of 200 g Greek strained yogurt
 · Nearly 1 cup of sugar (depends on your taste)
Topping:
 · 20 fresh strawberries
 · 1 cup of water
 · Lemon zest sprinkles
Mix the crust ingredients and place them in a medium pan. Press them in order to form a solid crust, making sure it is evenly spread. Cover with a plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Place your cream ingredients in a bowl and mix them thoroughly until you have a firm cream result. Place the mix on the crust, and slightly tap the pan in order to be evenly poured, on top of the crust. Place in the fridge for 12 hours.
Topping:
Cut the strawberries into medium-small pieces and take the half of them. Mash them with a fork and place them in a small pot with a cup of water and lemon zest sprinkles. Bring them to boil and remove them from heat. Add the rest of the strawberries. Let it cool completely and serve it on top of the cheesecake.
